Director of Client Experience | Magic Hospitality Group

As the Director of Client Experience, I was responsible for handling incoming client inquiries, onboarding them and seeing their itineraries through to completion. I created marketing materials, social posts, itinerary design, on-site activations and bookings for our clients. In addition, I handled wedding planning, engagements and party planning, and was even able to call myself a wedding floral designer for a day.

This job gave me amazing customer experience, event planning and niche marketing skills that could only have been obtained through this fast-paced, hands-on experience.
